You may request a return within 7 calendar days from the date you receive your order.

Contact us via email at support@nuvellastyle.com with your order number and reason for return.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Products purchased on sale or during promotions are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless the item is faulty.

Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after the return is received and approved.
